SEX UP YOUR LIFE - YOUR PELVIC FLOOR
"What we need is not more EFFORT – but more AWARENESS."
According to Moshe Feldenkrais (founder of somatic learning methods)
Sex up your life – Rethinking your pelvic floor
A program that begins where traditional pelvic floor exercises fall short.
Developed from personal experience—grown through years of research, support, and understanding.
After the birth of my first child, I wanted to do everything "right."
I started the recommended pelvic floor exercises early on—diligently, motivated, with the desire to get back to full strength quickly.
But the opposite happened: my body deteriorated dramatically.
And I wasn't alone. Over the years, I heard countless, often traumatic stories from women with very similar experiences.
That's how this program came about.
Not from theory—but from observation, practice, and a deep understanding of how the body really works.
You will feel:
- how your body stabilizes,
- how your attitude changes,
- how the pelvic floor slowly regulates itself again automatically —depending on mood, movement, and facial expressions.
Often, this alone is enough to restore the pelvic floor to its original function.
And if you want to continue working on it beyond that— only then is it the right time for active pelvic floor training.
The mistake begins at the outset.
The pelvic floor is part of our autonomic system.
It should not have to be actively controlled, but should move reflexively with posture, breathing, and movement.
But it is precisely this natural interaction that is disrupted by many classic exercises:
tensing on command, isolated lifting, pressure from above.
The body reacts with irritation—and in the long term, often with weakening.
What's more, posture is usually completely overlooked.
How can the pelvic floor move freely when the shoulders are slumped forward, the face is tense, and the hips are out of alignment?
Every emotion and every facial expression affects the pelvic floor—
when you feel fear or stress, or clench your teeth, it closes up.
And that's exactly where we come in.
Sex up your life – because your pelvic floor can do more.
Feel more.
Hold more – without holding.
Live more.
Be more you.

A look at the program
This short video gives you a first impression of how the program is structured—with a real excerpt from one of the units. Feel how movement, guidance, and effect come together.

Sex up your life – because your pelvic floor can do more
In this program, we realign your body from head to toe—in gentle, mindful steps. We reconnect your tongue, hips, feet, face, and breath.
The result is a holistic, indirect pelvic floor workout that restores basic function—without pressure, without tension, without struggle.
-
Pelvic Floor Basics – for your inner center
Understand why your pelvic floor can become unbalanced – and how you can specifically reactivate it. This session brings you into contact with your foundation, improves your posture, and lays the groundwork for more energy, desire, and alignment in everyday life.
-
Jaw release – for more space in the pelvis
Targeted release of tension in the jaw – because this is often where blockages in the pelvis begin. By gently opening the jaw with your hands, flowing arm movements, and the victory fist, you bring lightness to your face and freedom to your pelvis. Ideal for inner tension, teeth grinding, or holding back.
-
Diaphragm & pelvis – for deeper breathing and inner peace
Get your diaphragm moving, realign your rib cage, and awaken mobility in your pelvis. This session gives you more space in your torso and improves your breathing capacity – noticeably relaxing for your back, abdomen, and pelvic floor.
-
Tongue & Head – Against Tension at the Root
Much tension in the body begins at the top: in the neck, tongue, and head. This unit brings relaxation and orientation – so that your pelvis can let go and you feel connected again, from head to toe.
-
Straighten up & arrive – for your inner line
Strengthen your posture from your pelvis to your head. Feel your feet, align your skeleton, and gain new stability. Ideal for finding your way back from exhaustion and instability to a clear, lively presence – physically and emotionally.
