Learn the basics
Learn the tsar® principles and everything about active regeneration with the regeneration band using the tsar® regeneration trainer.
3.
Get your trainer certificate
By completing the 5 core modules and a final exam, you will becomea Certified tsar® Trainer.
What can I expect?

Upon completion of the tsar® Regeneration Trainer , you will already have the knowledge you need to actively use tsar® as a trainer. This will enable you to easily and effectively relieve tension and give your clientsrelaxation, regeneration, and improved performance.
To use a tsar® Regeneration Trainer ADVANCED , you must complete all 5 core modules and pass an exam .
After that, depending on your interests, you can further deepen your training with various tsar® special modules, gradually becoming a tsar® regeneration trainer EXPERT.

What requirements do I need to meet?
For training as a tsar® trainer, we recommend a basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Some basic training in the field of training or treatment
is advantageous. We are happy to recommend literature for self-study.
