I was living life in the fast lane: consulting, competitions, intense sports. For me, recovery just meant sleep and a bit of stretching. But at tournaments, everything fell apart: I couldn't breathe, my body was tense, and my performance was gone. It wasn't until I realized that my body wasn't centered that everything changed. Through active recovery, I found my way back to strength, calm, and real performance.
