We currently deliver exclusively to Austria and Germany.

• Shipping costs: €5

• Free shipping on orders over $45

Within Germany:

• Shipping costs: €9

• Free shipping on orders over $250

• We usually ship within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

• Delivery is made directly to your desired address by a reliable shipping service provider.​

Returns & Refunds

Want to return a product? No problem.

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• The costs for return shipping are to be borne by the buyer.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. This can take up to 7 business days.
