Perhaps you have also noticed that simply stretching your neck or doing mobility exercises at work, which are plentiful, only provide short-term relief. They may loosen you up a little, but in the long run they do not change your sitting posture—and are unlikely to permanently resolve any of the consequences of pain and tension.


A tennis player with neck pain is given the same stretching and strengthening exercises as someone with a tense neck from spending too much time at the computer. However, there is a huge difference between neck tension caused by constantly typing on a keyboard and neck tension caused by a poorly executed serve. At first glance, the neck tension appears to be the same, but the problems have very different causes.


That's why you need the right exercises for the right activities.

A study recently conducted by an office furniture manufacturer shows for the first time in a vivid and very impressive way the damage caused to humans by sedentary activities after 20 years.
