Here you will find all the courses you can take as part of your training to become a tsar® trainer.

Our courses are divided into 3 groups:

tsar® Regeneration Trainer

Learn the tsar® principles and everything about active regeneration with the regeneration band. Upon completion, you will already have the knowledge to actively work as a tsar® regenerationtrainer .

tsar® core modules

Upon completion of the 5 core modules and a final exam, you will become a tsar® Regeneration Trainer ADVANCED.

tsar® special modules

Specialize according to your area of interest and expand your tsar® expertise (this section is constantly being expanded). Gradually become a tsar® Regenerationtrainer EXPERT.

FREE access to all courses

With your tsar® Trainer PRO flat rate or Deluxe Private Coaching , all training modules are free of charge for you. Everyone else can purchase courses individually. You can find out more about the advantages of our subscriptions here.
