Here you will find all the courses that you can complete as part of your training to become a tsar® trainer.

Our courses are divided into 3 groups:

tsar® regeneration trainer

Learn the tsar® principles and everything about active regeneration with the regeneration band. Once you have completed the course, you will already have the knowledge to actively work as a tsar® regeneration trainerrainer trainer.

tsar® core modules

By completing the 5 core modules and a final examination, you will become a tsar® Regeneration Trainer ADVANCED.

tsar® special modules

Specialize according to your area of interest and expand your tsar® expertise (this section is constantly being expanded). Gradually become a tsar® regeneration trainerrainer EXPERT.

FREE access to all courses

With your tsar® Trainer PRO Flatrate or Deluxe Private Coaching all training modules are free for you. All others can purchase courses individually. You can find out more about the advantages of our subscriptions here.
