TSAR FOR YOGA
"When the body is HOLDED, the mind can LET GO - and the Self begins to shine"
(inspired by the connection between asana, prana and self in the Veda)
Sonja Ruprah-Weihs
Tsar for yoga - letting go in strength, carried in form
Yoga doesn't just start on the mat - it starts the moment you stop overextending yourself.
Many asanas appear powerful and clear, but they often demand more than just physical strength: they require balance, stability, coordination and presence - and leave us feeling tense inside. Instead of calm, pressure arises. Instead of expansiveness: tension. Before you can really complete a pose, your body needs a sense of security - and the opportunity to organize itself from within.
Not through more strength, but through a subtle feeling. Not through wanting, but through connection.
Learning the attitude - through the feeling of being uplifted
One example: the warrior.
Strong, grounded, present - but also demanding.
The regeneration band creates something new: you connect the back foot with the front knee, closing the circle in your body.
Suddenly you are no longer holding the posture - it is holding you.
You can let go while you stay.
And this is exactly how change begins: the fascia relaxes, the deep muscles awaken, your system reacts with confidence.
When you remove the tape afterwards, you will feel: the posture is easier to carry, you are more centered, clearer.
You have not only experienced the form - but the principle behind it.
Experienceable - with the body, perceptible - down to the depths.
A look at the program
This short video gives you a first impression of how the program is structured - with a real excerpt from one of the sessions. Feel how movement, instruction and effect are combined.

Find your center - carried, guided, awake
This program is more than just asana practice - it leads you into a new body experience: supported, safe and aligned. With the regeneration band, you will find stability in challenging postures while your body learns to let go. Each session brings you deeper into your center - physically and mentally.
