The Journey to Yourself – An Online Program by tsar

Less inner burden. More freedom within you.

If you’re dealing with stress, frustration, or feeling overwhelmed, and you’d like to feel more physically free again, these eight guided chapters combine emotional relief with exercises for your back and your entire body.

The Journey to Yourself

YOUR STARTING POINT

There's a lot going on right now. You want to find your way back to yourself.

Maybe you’re feeling irritable, constantly under pressure, or like you’re just going through the motions. Maybe your back or a stiff body is bothering you, too. You don’t need to know if these things are connected. The journey to yourself makes room for both aspects: what’s on your mind and what your body needs right now.

YOUR DAILY LIFE AS A STARTING POINT

There's a lot going on right now. You want to find your way back to yourself.

Maybe you’re feeling irritable, constantly under pressure, or like you’re just going through the motions. Maybe your back or a stiff body is bothering you, too. You don’t need to know if these things are connected. The journey to yourself makes room for both aspects: what’s on your mind and what your body needs right now.

THIS IS WHERE THE PROGRAM BEGINS

Release emotions and move your body more freely.

The chapters focus on specific topics: reducing anger and stress, lifting your spirits, finding a sense of security, and regaining vitality. They also address posture and back mobility. The exercises address these concerns through carefully designed movement sequences.

The goal: to give stress and overwhelming emotions space to subside, to move your back more freely, and to rediscover a greater sense of calm, security, and vitality.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Eight chapters on the body and emotions.

Start with the first chapter and go through the program at your own pace. Plan on spending about 20 minutes on each session.

Eight Coordinated Themes

Anger and stress, posture, mood, neck, gaze, core stability, vitality, and mobility of the chest: Each chapter links a topic to exercises designed specifically for it.

A Guided Journey Through the Body and Emotions

Explanation and Complete Procedure

In many chapters, you'll first learn the technique with detailed instructions. This is followed by the same sequence in a flowing motion so that you can follow along without long pauses for explanations.

You know what you're doing and what to do next

Review a chapter as long as it feels right for you, and then move on. Once you're familiar with the structure, you can return to a familiar topic as needed. The exercises within the app remain guided.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program also a good fit if my main issues are stress or frustration?

Yes. Emotional relief is at the heart of this journey. You can start by addressing stress, frustration, feeling overwhelmed, or the desire for greater inner security. You don’t need to have back pain to do this, nor do you need to recognize a connection between a feeling and your posture.

What exactly do I do in a chapter?

You'll follow a guided workout on a specific topic. The videos show you how to prepare and perform the movements. Often, there's first a version with explanations, followed by the full routine for you to follow along with. You shouldn't make up your own movements.
