YOUR DAILY LIFE AS A STARTING POINT
You want to get more out of your breathing.
Perhaps you’d like to improve your endurance and breathe more freely while exercising. Maybe your breathing remains shallow amid the stresses of everyday life, or anxiety and nervousness make it hard for you to take a deep breath. You can join this program for either of these reasons. The focus is on the freedom of your breathing—and what it makes possible, both physically and emotionally.
THIS IS WHERE THE PROGRAM BEGINS
So your breath has more room.
When you breathe, your diaphragm, chest, and abdomen—among other parts of your body—move. If you tense up, this movement can be restricted. Stress and overwhelming emotions can also cause you to take shallower breaths. The program therefore addresses both the physical requirements for free breathing and these reactions to internal tension.
The goal: to breathe more freely and deeply, support your endurance training, and find inner peace more easily—both physically and mentally.
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A movement session for breathing, the body, and inner peace.
Set aside enough time for the entire process. In addition to the main section, which lasts about an hour, there is an introduction and self-tests—for a total of about an hour and a half.
60 minutes of guided exercise
about 90 min.
Total, including the introduction and self-tests
With the regeneration band, you'll follow a continuous sequence of movements. The videos guide you step by step through the positions. The self-tests before and after the session let you notice how your breathing and flexibility feel.

You can incorporate this exercise into your daily routine on a regular basis: as a supplement to your workout, to help you cope with ongoing stress, or to prepare for an important event. If you’re preparing for an appointment, practice beforehand. You don’t need to go through the sequence during the appointment itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this program right for me if I just want to improve my fitness?
Yes. You can work on your flexibility and breathing techniques to complement your endurance training. You can also use this session if you want to breathe more easily when you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or nervous. These goals can also be combined.
Should I practice before an important appointment or during it?
You practice during the warm-up. This session gives you time to release physical tension, breathe more freely, and calm down. During your appointment, performance, or competition, you don’t need to follow a specific sequence. You can also use this program regularly, regardless of such situations.
