Box Your Way to Freedom

YOUR STARTING POINT

Mentally, you're already there. Now it's time for your body to catch up.

You have ideas and know what you'd like to do. Yet you keep putting it off. Sometimes you lack the courage, sometimes the energy to take that first step. You long for that feeling: “Now I'm ready. Now I want to get started.” That's exactly what “Box dich frei” is all about.

YOUR DAILY LIFE AS A STARTING POINT

Mentally, you're already there. Now it's time for your body to catch up.

You have ideas and know what you'd like to do. Yet you keep putting it off. Sometimes you lack the courage, sometimes the energy to take that first step. You long for that feeling: “Now I'm ready. Now I want to get started.” That's exactly what “Box dich frei” is all about.

THIS IS WHERE THE PROGRAM BEGINS

Build up courage and the ability to take action through physical activity.

If you hesitate or feel afraid, your movements may also become restrained: You might flinch, make yourself smaller, or hold back an impulse before it really gets started. The program specifically addresses this physical aspect of hesitation—and focuses on movements that allow you to develop strength, determination, and confidence.

The goal: to move beyond fear and hesitation and embrace more courage, energy, and the desire to finally put your ideas into action.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A seamless path from hesitation to action.

You'll work through the units in order. They are part of a single structure that you can divide into appropriate stages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be athletic or know how to box to do this?

You don't need any boxing or dance experience. The name stands for letting go and getting moving. You'll be guided through the movements and practice at your own pace. Working up a sweat or learning a fighting technique is not the goal of this program.

Why should I do the units in order?

Because they form a shared journey. The first sessions prepare you physically for what you’ll need later to make safer, clearer, and more decisive movements. This progression builds up until you feel you have the strength and courage to take the next step. You can take breaks and complete the journey in stages.
