YOUR DAILY LIFE AS A STARTING POINT

You want to feel alive again.

You'd love to move freely to the music, but your movements are small or feel stiff. Maybe you just aren't enjoying showing yourself off. Dance Moves gives you an easy way to get started: short, guided movements, music, and a structure that lets you gradually feel more at ease.

THIS IS WHERE THE PROGRAM BEGINS

A routine designed to promote freedom of movement and inner balance.

The 14 moves combine specific work on flexibility and posture with balancing the chakras. Chakras are the energy centers as described in the yogic tradition. They relate to themes such as security, joy of life, self-confidence, and self-expression.

The goal: to move more freely, bring your chakras into balance, and find more joy in life and confidence in your own self-expression.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

14 Dance Moves. Four Workouts. Your Path to the Flow.

Short sessions guide you through your day. In the longer workouts, you'll combine the movements into a cohesive dance.

14 Short Dance Moves

Every day, you'll devote about three to six minutes to a set of exercises. The sessions build on one another and combine physical flexibility with work on the chakras.

A little space for yourself every day

Four 50-minute workouts

After completing one round of each of the 14 moves, a longer workout awaits you. This is where the movements come together: You follow the music, deepen your understanding of the sequence, and experience the entire routine.

Combining Movement, Music, and Expression

With each round, you’ll find your way deeper into the movements. You’ll repeat the 14 moves and then combine them in the next workout. Over the course of four rounds, this creates a path that allows you to give your body and your expression more space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need dance experience?

No. The short sessions show you the movements and give you time to get into the flow. You just follow the instructions and the music. It’s all about your freedom of movement and self-expression; you don’t need to memorize any dance steps.

What role do the chakras play?

The chakras are part of the program’s energetic approach. These refer to the energy centers from the yogic tradition. The exercises aim to balance them both individually and in their interplay. Physical movement is combined with themes such as security, joy of life, self-confidence, and the courage to express yourself.
