YOUR STARTING POINT
You need some rest. You don't have the energy to exercise right now.
You've done enough. Now you want to lie down, relax your shoulders, or take the pressure off your back. Maybe you're so exhausted that even a gentle exercise routine would be too much. With Help Yourself, you set up the tools following the instructions. Then you lie down and let go.
YOUR DAILY LIFE AS A STARTING POINT
You need some rest. You don't have the energy to exercise right now.
You've done enough. Now you want to lie down, relax your shoulders, or take the pressure off your back. Maybe you're so exhausted that even a gentle exercise routine would be too much. With Help Yourself, you set up the tools following the instructions. Then you lie down and let go.
THIS IS WHERE THE PROGRAM BEGINS
You're lying down. The tools provide support and gentle pressure.
The cloud, pads, and release tools provide support to specific areas of your body. Just like a pair of supporting hands, they offer support from below and a pleasant sense of weight from above. You don’t need to perform any active movements. Between sessions, simply adjust your position or the placement of the tools, as shown in the video.
The goal: to relieve tension and pain in specific areas, find deep relaxation, and recharge—while lying down and without active exercise.
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Five passive programs and targeted individual treatments.
Choose a full session for a longer recovery time, or a shorter treatment for a specific area of the body.
Five complete programs
Back Activator, Wing Power, Energy Booster, Easy Going, and Wake Up guide you through carefully selected combinations of positions. You’ll be guided on how to position the tools, lie down, and let the treatment take effect.
32–45 minutes of passive recovery
Treatments by Body Area
If you want to focus on relaxing a specific area, you'll find specific guides—for example, for your back, shoulders, legs, arms, or hands. You'll see how to set up the tools for that.
Targeted relief while lying down
You can choose a complete program or a single exercise. You can use both independently of each other. The exercise is all about lying down and letting go.
A GLIMPSE AT THE PROGRAM

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to actively do exercises as part of this?
No. You set up the tools according to the instructions and position yourself as shown. Then you lie down and let go. When the next section begins, you change your position or the placement of the tools. There is no active sequence of movements that you have to follow along with during this process.
What is the difference between Help Yourself and Body Management?
Body Management offers active exercises and sequences for alleviating discomfort caused by sitting and working at a computer. Help Yourself is ideal when you’re exhausted, don’t feel like doing any active exercise, and want to relax your body or specific painful areas while lying down. The starting point and method of use differ, even though both can focus on the back, for example.
