​This 10-day challenge combines targeted strengthening with gentle regeneration. Two sessions await you every day: a 5-minute exercise for in between - and a 20-minute workout for your entire body. The program not only gets you in shape, but also strengthens your posture, defines your contours and gives you new energy from the inside out.
