The bikini workout – helping your body get into top shape
This 10-day challenge combines targeted strengthening with gentle regeneration. Every day, you can expect two sessions: a 5-minute exercise for in between – and a 20-minute workout for your entire body. The program not only gets you in shape, but also strengthens your posture, defines your contours, and gives you new energy from within.
The structure:

5 minutes a day Quickstart: Activate a specific area of your body. Ideal for mornings, in between meals, or as preparation for your main workout.

20-minute full-body workout every day: regenerative, powerful, effective. Your entire body is targeted—with a focus on your abs, legs, butt, back, and posture.
