BUT FIRST... MY LOOK BACK AT THE PAST YEAR...
That's how it is with New Year's resolutions... you start out full of motivation and then somehow it just gets harder and harder. That's why I've avoided making resolutions in recent years. Persevering, seeing things through, finding the time... all those other things we have to deal with in everyday life. We demand and demand that we juggle everything and get everything done, and in the end we often just run out of steam. So that's why I just left it alone... the making of resolutions – to spare myself the disappointment in myself. But last year everything was different... I was working intensively on new programs. Well, there was also the "Box yourself free and dance through life" exercise program.

After much testing and trial and error... it suddenly came to me: the will to stick to a "New Year's resolution"! Sometimes we first have to give our bodies the right tension to gain the power to implement our plans. In our minds, we are usually very quick, but then we lack the necessary substance—self-discipline or motivation. At first, it may sound strange to do a sequence of movements or training to combat laziness, sluggishness, and exhaustion. But once we bring the body back into this exciting state of energy, motivation arises. The motivation to implement your own ideas and desires is a bit like winding up a music box and it just starts playing. You can't help yourself... your body is charged up and just wants to finally get started.
So it came about that one of my resolutions was "I want to share a regeneration exercise with you every day." I was still skeptical as to whether I could really do it, but I was highly motivated and began to enjoy it more and more, and then it slowly became part of my daily routine...once something becomes routine, it is no longer difficult for us.
Resolving to do an exercise for yourself and your health every day is good for the soul, shows respect for your body and mind, and once you get into a routine, it becomes easy, because exercise and relaxation should be like eating and drinking. Something completely normal, something I want, something I need to function as a human being.
Now the year is over. It's amazing how quickly time has passed with you. Thank you for sharing this year with me and carrying me through the ups and downs. A big thank you also to all TSAR trainers for stepping in and helping me with such dedication to spread the knowledge of active regeneration throughout the world.

AND NOW TO THIS YEAR...
That's why we're continuing... With the WhatsApp group, I want to accompany you every day this year, motivate you, or simply show you the latest topics related to tsar and active regeneration. This year, you can also find us on all major social media platforms for the first time. So we're venturing out into the big wide world... I hope you'll join in, share, and like.
In the tsar official WhatsApp group , I will accompany you and we will …throughout this year. For the first time, there will also be regular Academy Talk for tsar trainers and anyone interested will take place once a month.
Here are a few highlights of what you can expect this year... but the best part is, we're kicking off 2025 with a dance!

Only on site to participate, there will be no live streaming here. Back to the roots... with Help Yourself... enjoy active regeneration in a rustic atmosphere at the Unterberghütte.
Catch your Live! 3-day retreat. For you, your body, your mind, your senses, and your soul. I am particularly looking forward to this.
We are traveling around Germany again this year. At the Ifaa Euroeducation.
And I'm looking forward to seeing Christiane again! Pilates and yoga with the regeneration band—find lightness and precision in your training.
