    A 3–6-minute boost every day—easy to do, deeply effective.

  • Every 14 days: an energetic 50-minute dance workout
    This is where everything comes together: posture, expression, rhythm.
    Accompanied by a specially composed tsar® music mix, you will immerse yourself in a dance experience that brings body and soul into harmony.
    Ideal for feeling your progress and moving more and more freely.

  • The program repeats four times —and grows with you.
