HELP YOURSELF PROGRAM
"Lie down. FEEL. let go. Sometimes this is the deepest form of HELP"

Help Yourself Program - Like a short vacation. Just for you
In everyday life, we often learn to persevere, to function, to carry on.
But the body keeps still - which we don't let go of. This is exactly where the Help Yourself program comes in.
A space for retreat, regeneration and deep relief.
Help Yourself has a very emotional development for me.
I have so often wished I had a few more hands to help me with my customers.
When I work passively with my clients, they enter a state of very deep relaxation and regeneration.
A bit like a trance or deep meditation. Without realizing it, your body begins to let go.
This requires a lot of training and feeling in the hands at the beginning.
If I want to treat tension in the shoulder, for example,
I place one hand under the shoulder blade and lift it up.
It's like the Princess and the Pea - lots of mattresses underneath, and the pea is the annoying tension.
It's best to do this gently and unnoticed so that the person being treated doesn't notice.
That is really exhausting as a practitioner.
The mean thing is: if you look on from the outside, you think to yourself:
"What are they doing? Put on a hand? ... and that's supposed to relieve tension and pain?"
YES, if only it were as easy as it looks.
The second hand, on the other hand, has the effect of a pleasant heaviness that begins to make you sink infinitely deeper.
Now our body's chemical cocktail starts to work for you and bombards us with happiness hormones.
Like the most restful sleep you can imagine.
This is when the miracle of letting go begins. You sink so deeply and pleasantly, as if you were melting around the "pea".
But be careful! The lower hand must now react quickly again
and respond with even more counter-pressure - just enough so that the shoulder does not land completely on the "pea",
i.e. the tension. This is repeated until this pea becomes less and less and has finally dissolved. Because these peas are part of our body and we encounter them as condensed tension,
we can also dissolve them again.
After many years of experimenting, I finally had my little helper ready: Help Yourself.
Like a second trainer, I was suddenly able to create much more beautiful and faster regeneration experiences. I noticed that the effects were sometimes even more effective than my hands.
The cloud, which takes over the work of the lower hand, was able to react much more finely to every change in tension
than my hand, which simply gets tired after a certain time and loses strength.
But the cloud carries you - no matter how long.
The loosener takes over the function of the upper hand, which ideally exerts traction and pressure.
Dr. Stecco describes this quite impressively in her book "Anatomy Atlas of Fascia":
How fasciae react differently - and should therefore be treated differently.
But something else completely surprising turned out:
I was suddenly able to treat myself. An unexpected pleasure when you can enjoy pure relaxation yourself after the work is done.
The Help Yourself package was born.
It quickly became clear that it was not only a great second trainer, but also a way to help yourself,
to help yourself (the perfect masseur is not always standing next to you).
Simply place it correctly - and the magic starts.
So: If you want to treat yourself, give your soul and your body deep relaxation,
then Help Yourself is your ideal partner.

A look at the program
This short video gives you a first impression of how the program is structured - with a real excerpt from one of the sessions. Feel how movement, instruction and effect are combined.

Letting go of what the body no longer needs to carry
The Help Yourself sessions are holistic body journeys that get you moving - and at the same time take you deeper. Each exercise sequence is aimed at specific challenges and gives your body exactly the impetus it needs to regenerate, strengthen and reorganize itself.

-
Back activator - 32 minutes for your foundation.
Relieve tension in your lower back, strengthen your abdominal and back muscles and get your spine moving - ideal for a hollow back, sciatic pain or old disc problems. The program also has a beneficial effect on menstrual pain and a weak pelvic floor.

-
Wing strength - 45 minutes of new lightness for your upper body.
Take the strain off your shoulders, cervical spine and elbows. This session gives you mobility when shoulder blades are blocked or fingers seem immobile. You will also feel relief from tennis elbow or tension that radiates into your hands.

-
Energy booster - 45 minutes to straighten you up.
Ideal for hunched backs, shallow breathing and weak legs. This program helps you to overcome exhaustion, improve your posture and breathe deeply again - for an upright, vibrant body.

-
Easy Going - 40 minutes for a lively walk.
Activate your pelvis, take the strain off your knees and balance your gait. Particularly valuable for blocked knees, weak arches or increased effort when walking or running.

-
Wake up - 40 minutes for active days & peaceful nights.
This session will get you going in the morning and calm you down in the evening. It helps with general tiredness, sleep disorders and poor concentration - and gives you new energy on a physical and mental level.

-
And if you simply want to relax a specific part of your body...
You can also treat specific areas of the body individually: e.g. shoulder, back extensor, lumbar spine, thigh, knee, calf, upper arm, elbow or hand.
Your body tells you what it needs - and Help Yourself gives you the right tools.
